Slope Reinforcement Technology, LLC (SRT) offers the "Platepile Method" for slope reinforcement and repair. SRT provides a repair design including installation or Platepiles alone for others to install. The Platepile method provides slope stabilization using an array of steel (or aluminum) elements driven into the slope in a staggered array of uniformly spaced rows. Click here to watch Platepile video.
The Platepile method can be used to increase the factor of safety against failure of an existing slope or a planned permanent or temporary slope. The method has been used for slopes above and below roadways, unlined canal slopes, temporary shoring, drainage benches, moving slides, stabilizing mudflow source areas, recreation facilities, creek bank repairs, and sites where access is limited.
In addition, SRT continues to research, develop, and provide practical and effective solutions for slope stabilization, including slope reinforcement and subsurface drainage. |
